Salary Range:
$60,000 - 65,000Laundry DirectorDirect and coordinate all aspects of laundry operations at a large-scale laundry facility.

Responsibilities Provide leadership that supports a team environment that fosters morale, passion, quality, and respectEnsure production, quality, and quantity requirements are consistently met while maintaining budgetary standards and following best practicesMonitor and maintain performance, productivity, and operating costs while ensuring accurate reporting of all accounting data Serve as liaison between the laundry plant, customers, and HHS leadership Demonstrate continuous ability to maintain and/or improve customer satisfaction Lead and manage team member recruiting, training, development, and assignments Perform daily inspections and assessments and coach and counsel team members Analyze data and make adjustments to meet facility, budget, and compliance goals Drive compliance with health, safety, and industry regulatory agencies Requirements 5
years of industrial or commercial laundry management experience Ability to travel within assigned region Must be willing to relocate for promotion opportunities Not Required But a Big Plus Associate's degree in business administration; bachelor's preferred Proficiency in languages other than English, especially Spanish Familiarity with OSHA and other regulatory guidelines Skills Interpersonal Skills:
