What we expect from our employees:
Hunter: prospecting local accounts 10+ hours a week: aka cold calls
Three days "in" their market doing customer needs analysis, presentations and closing business
Update our CRM and make sales calls - sorry, you do have to work
Minimum of one new account per week after three months (if you want to make money)
Work with small business owners to increase their revenues: aka sell them print and digital advertising with ROI

Required Experience:
As a Sales Account Executive, you must be the kind of highly motivated "hunter" type who thinks nothing of making over 100 cold calls in a week over the phone then turning around and making engaging and effective sales presentations to new and existing clients face to face. You should also be involved in your community, with a solid existing network of referrals and a passion for helping your local small businesses to thrive.
Specific qualifications for the role include:
2-5 years of business to business advertising sales experience
Ability to effectively manage a 2-3 week sales cycle
Existing B2B network
Competitive drive to exceed expectations
Strong prospecting, presentation and closing skills
Coachable and willing to learn our systems
Experience working with CRM systems
Experience working from home, a plus

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
